Richard E. Molan
Educated at the University of New Hampshire and Franklin Pierce Law Center, Attorney Molan began his career in labor with the New Hampshire State Employees' Association (SEA) in 1970. He served SEA in a number of capacities as a Field Representative, Assistant Executive Director and Chief Negotiator until 1985 and has represented the SEA as outside counsel since then. He has received numerous certificates in labor studies and in 2000 he served as SEA’s interim Executive Director. His practice remains focused on labor and employment law. He represents a number of labor organizations in New Hampshire
Attorney Molan served on the Special Committee appointed by the State Legislature to draft the Public Employee Labor Relations Law (now RSA 273-A). In 1986, he was appointed as a labor representative to the PELRB, a position he has held since.
Attorney Molan is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for the past 15 years. He has been recognized as New Hampshire’s top labor lawyer by New Hampshire Magazine and in 2007 was named as one of New England’s Super Lawyers. He is listed in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Labor and Who’s Who in American Business and Finance.
His 38 years of experience has provided him not only with legal skills but also his understanding of organizational dynamics. Attorney Molan is admitted to all courts in the State of New Hampshire, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire as well as the Federal Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and for the Federal Circuit.
Glenn R. Milner
Attorney Milner was raised in Cambridge , Massachusetts and was educated at the University of Massachusetts completing his law degree (cum laude) at Suffolk University in 1988. Since his graduation from law school, Mr. Milner has worked with Attorney Molan and has dedicated much of his time to representing public and private sector workers.
While attending law school, Attorney Milner was a full time employee of the U.S. Postal Service, South Boston Postal Annex where he was an active member of the APWU. In fact, during the years he was in law school, he became a steward and business manager for his Local. This gave him the experience of both representing employees and helping to manage a large union Local.
Attorney Milner has distinguished himself as an outstanding litigator. He was co-counsel on the case that produced the largest jury verdict for personal injury in New Hampshire history. He has also appeared multiple times before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and First Circuit Court of Appeals and has a number of labor-related victories.
He is a seasoned advocate before the Public Employee Labor Relations Board and was given honorable mention as one of New Hampshire ’s top labor attorneys by New Hampshire Magazine. He is admitted to practice in all New Hampshire Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire as well as the First Circuit and Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
John S. Krupski
John S. Krupski was raised on the South Shore of Long Island, New York in a working class environment attending public schools throughout his formative educational background. He graduated, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Plattsburg in 1989. At SUNY, Mr. Krupski majored in political science and served a semester internship with a long-term senator from New York . Mr. Krupski also was a teaching assistant for Dr. Harvey Schantz helping prepare articles and tutor students in the American political process with an emphasis on the erosion of sectionalism in the American political system and the importance of the administrative agencies throughout the political system. Thereafter, Mr. Krupski received a scholarship to attend graduate school in political science at the State University of New York at Stoneybrook.
Mr. Krupski attended Franklin Pierce Law Center graduating with a Doctorate in Jurisprudence in 1995. During his tenure with Franklin Pierce, he also clerked with Attorneys Molan and Milner in which he provided an emphasis in labor and employment law, particularly collective bargaining and public employee matters.
Mr. Krupski was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar and United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire in 1995. Since that time, Mr. Krupski has focused his practice on labor and employment issues, particularly representing public sector employees. Mr. Krupski has represented public employees in all forums within the State of New Hampshire, including the Public Employees LAbor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, the Superior Court and the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Mr. Krupski has also acted as a neutral for the New Hampshire Human Rights Commission on a voluntary basis in order to help facilitate the goals and missions of that agency to foster work environments that are free from discrimination.
Mr. Krupski has for almost a decade and a half sought to improve the working conditions of public employees and to preserve those rights which were hard fought in the past.
